It is essential to provide a delivery address where someone is always available and a reachable telephone number for efficient service.

Tompoma delivers across Italy on average in 3/4 days from the day after receipt of payment. As Tompoma products are semi-handcrafted, it could take more days to prepare and deliver the order. In this case, you will be informed and Tompoma guarantees a waiting time of no more than 30 days. Otherwise, you have the right to cancel the order and get a refund.

Once TOMPOMA has accepted your request, you will have to ship your order, at your expense, to Tompoma head office: Tompoma SRL, Via Cantova 30, 28921 Verbania (VB).

Tompoma will refund you by bank transfer or via Paypal (if you used that as a payment method).
